Team meeting Monday 1/16 7PM

This month’s team meeting is at Fire Station 11 at 7PM. Here’s the agenda for the first team meeting of the new year:

  • Bring your City of Redmond and Fire Station badges to tonights meeting. The city is re-doing our badge system. You’ll also need to fill out an application for a new emergency worker badge if you haven’t already done so.
  • We’ll also be planning training for the year, with a focus on simulations and other training exercises, so that we’re all better prepared in the event of a real emergency.

See you there!

Organization Changes for 2012

At our monthly meeting in December, Janeen Olson announced her new role as Remond ARES City Liason, and Mike Hlavaty-Laposa was elected as our new Emergency Coordinator for 2012.

Mike also revised our organizational structure so that we now have two teams instead of four: Team Alpha and Team Bravo. Team leads for 2012 are John Boal (Team Alpha) and Charles Beckmeier (Team Bravo).

For details about the new organizational structure, see http://files.redmond-ares.org (member login required).
